Pals

Here are a lot of our pals.

Even though we’re cute cuddly rats, we have many friends, including dogs, cats and hamsters. Please take the time to get to know them.

I’m sure you’ll love them like we do.

Sara - Loyal Doberman

We first thought Sara was like one large rat without a tail. We couldn’t figure out what happened to her.

We soon realized that she wasn’t a rat at all. She was a dog. A rather large overweight dog, to be exact.

She gets rather excited when we’ve been out. She sniffs everywhere thinking she is going to find us and she never does. It’s almost like she’s playing hide and seek with us.

Sara is a real laugh, though. We love her.

Megan - Deluxe Pussycat

Now here’s a rather most deluxe pussycat. Megan is 15 years old and sometimes acts like it. She can be crabby if she doesn’t get her petting.

She’s not very fun to play with though. She’s definitely well-fed and happy–if you’re petting her–and she’s almost always purring, even when no one is around.

For the most part, she doesn’t mind any of the other animals. Except Sara. For some reason, Megan and Sara just don’t get along. Well, honestly, it’s more that Megan doesn’t get along with Sara.

We don’t know why. We just like them both.

Pooh - Megan’s Sidekick

As happy as Megan seems, Pooh–on the other hand, just doesn’t seem to be nearly as happy. If she is, her purr motor must be on silent or something.

Pooh is Megan’s sidekick and pal. Pooh really isn’t bad for a cat. She’s just quiet and wary of everything. Some would say she’s a biti skittish.

We’ve never had any issues with either of these two cats, no matter what the rat professors at the University say about cats.
